Scheduled Transactions

Keep regular payments and expected income on a schedule. Define a transaction once with its category, amount, timing, and approval preference, then manage the rule as your commitments change.

What you can do

  • Set one-time, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly transaction schedules.
  • Choose automatic approval or review generated transactions before approving them.
  • Control active schedules and review their next planned run.

How it works

Choose the category and amount, configure when the schedule should run, and set any supported start or run limits. The system creates records when the schedule becomes due. You can pause a rule when circumstances change. This schedules entries in Budget Sense; it does not initiate bank transfers or pay bills on your behalf.
